2 years before this 90 pounds, 23yr old, 90lb woman who had breast augmentation done by a non-plastic surgeon/Cosmetic Surgeon. After only a year the 275 cc saline implants placed over her chest muscles began to distort her breast shape and cause sagging. The original surgeon's solution was to over fill the 275cc implants to 450cc each, resulting in mored stretching of her breast tissue and skin. A year after the original surgeon's revision, the patient came to Dr. Siamak Agha with implants that were thinly covered with stretched out skin and breast tissue, and also causing significant sagging of her breasts, and further stretching of her nipple areola complex. The patient was so unhappy with her experiences she just wanted smaller breasts.

The breast augmentation that Dr. Agha performed included:

• removal of her implants
• 275 cc Silicone implants 
• submuscular plane placement
• peri-areolar mastopexy
