Dr. Siamak Agha, after performing liposuction of this patient's abdomen, waist, upper and lower back under sterile conditions, carefully processed and washed the fat liposuctioned with an antibiotic solution and then in a diffuse manner injected the fat into her buttock area helping to correct the asummetry caused by the right buttock being slightly smaller and more narrow than the left buttock.  He then continued to help plump the flatter upper buttock areas which her flatter than the lower portion of the buttock. This procedure is often referred to The Brazilian Butt Lift.

This type of buttock enhancement to achieve optimal results requires great attention to detail to not only the buttocks, but the surrounding areas and structure including the thigh saddlebags and lower back regions.  Photos show results at 6 months post-operative.
